Datsun has just introduced the updated variant of the GO as the GO NXT, the next model to get this update will be the GO+. The GO+ will be getting side mouldings, piano black centre console, reverse parking sensors and keyless entry.

The Datsun GO+ might even get some additional fitment too to make it look like a crossover. The GO+ was launched early this year and since then it has been adding valuable numbers to the Datsun sales figures and on many instances it has overtaken the GO in numbers too. The Datsun GO+ is a 5+2 seater and is under 4 metres, making it a lot more affordable and a good option to opt for a large boot or two extra seats.

The Datsun GO+ is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine that churns out 67bhp of power and comes mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The GO+ with the new variant will be launched around October and will be about INR 10,000 more than the top-of-the-line GO+ variant. The GO+ is the only vehicle so far to offer such a feature and Datsun will want to enhance its advantage by offering more features on this compact MPV.Read our review of the Datsun GO+.

Datsun’s next launch will be the rediGO, which will be based on the CMF-A platform.
