Next-gen Mercedes-Benz E-Class to get hybrid

The next generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class will get hybrid engines too. The new E-Class will be getting E220e, E300e and E350e in total. The Stuttgart based manufacturer has also registered the E200c and E300h as well. The new E-Class will lighter and it will also be getting a E180 as well.

The new-generation E-Class is longer and a lot more luxurious than before. The E-Class will get several new features like autonomous driving, Evasive Steering assist, active lane keeping assist, Pre-safe sound, Pre-safe impulse, belt bag, car-to-X-communication and multibeam headlight assist.

With the car-to-X-communication, the E-Class will able to share road conditions and other aspects like weather with other compatible cars as a precaution.

The new E-Class will drive itself through the bends and stick to its lane on motorways/ highways. With the Distance Pilot Distronic, one can maintain distance with front cars even up to speeds of 200km/hr. The new E-Class will use a lot more LEDs in the car and even in the headlamps. This will make it go easy on the battery and alternator and at the same time, it is a lot more efficient.

There are now 84 LEDs in the headlamp, which means that there is more precise over the point where it point them.

The car even has automatic parking by remote. If there is a big space, one can walk out and park the car with a smartphone too.
