Tata Green batteries even for 2 Wheelers

TATA AutoComp GY Batteries Pvt. Ltd. (TGY), a joint venture between TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd, India’s leading auto component manufacturer and GS YUASA International, Japan inaugurated the manufacturing facility for VRLA batteries. The VRLA range of batteries from Tata Green Batteries are precision engineered from premium grade raw materials and made in its state-of-the art manufacturing plant at Ranjangaon near Pune.

These batteries will be marketed under the brand name “Tata Green Batteries – Velocity Plus” and will be available in 3AH, 3.5AH and 5AH, which are suitable for most 2 wheeler brands of motorcycles and scooters/ scooterettes. The Velocity Plus batteries by Tata Green Batteries are designed to give higher ignition power to ensure instant start in all weather conditions. The Lead – Calcium alloy ensures longer life of the batteries. These batteries are high performance, compact, lightweight and long lasting. The batteries are also customized for today’s high performance bikes and scooters.
