Bajaj Pulsar 200 AS launch on 14th April, arrives at dealerships
Bajaj’s Pulsar 200 AS is the next launch from Indian bike maker and this will be launched on the 14th of April. The bikes have already started to come into the dealerships across the country. The 200 AS is the same 200cc carburettor not fuel injection just like the Pulsar engine that powers the 200 NS.
The 200 AS gets a half-fairing and the AS stands for Adventure Sport.
This is more of an off-roader bike and the first of its kind from Bajaj.
The Pulsar 200AS will be priced between the Pulsar 200NS and the RS200, which means somewhere at Rs 1.
35 lakhs approximately on the road. The 200 AS will be the third 200cc bike from Pulsar, however, this is the first time a Pulsar comes as an adventure bike. The Pulsar 200AS gets the same instrument cluster like the Pulsar 200NS and it has front disc brakes. We aren’t certain if it will also get ABS as standard, and this should also have it as an optional feature at a later stage. The height of the bike has been raised and the engine power is the same at 23bhp and 18Nm.
Bajaj is also looking at introducing two more bikes this year, both of which will be Pulsars. It has got back the CT 100 to add more variety to the 100cc segment, which recently got the Platina ES as well.
