Bajaj will be launching the Pulsar RS 200 after a period of more than three years, since the launch of the Pulsar 200 NS.

The Pulsar RS 200 is the fully faired version of the RS 200 and this will be priced at Rs 1.

2 lakhs approximately as its on-road price. The Bajaj RS 200 will not just have full fairing, but it will also be getting fuel injection.

Bajaj’s previous fuel injection technology had some issues on the 220.

Now, the company has fixed those issues too. The Pulsar RS 200 will be powered by the 199.5cc engine that will produces about 24bhp of power and maximum torque of 18.6Nm. It retains the same triple-spark plug technology as one had seen on the Pulsar 200 NS.

The Pulsar RS 200 will be made available with ABS and without ABS too, so there are a minimum of two variants on offer on the Pulsar.

This is the first Pulsar to get ABS on it, even the 200 NS doesn’t come with an ABS. Bajaj claims this to be the fastest Pulsar ever made.

The bike weighs about 151 kilograms and is about six kilograms more than the 200 NS. Bajaj has added a lot more features to the Pulsar RS 200 like twin projector headlights, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights while the instrument cluster similar to the 200 NS. Bajaj will be introducing the Pulsar 200 AS and the Pulsar RS 400 in the near future. Bajaj is raising the bar of the Pulsar brand, with the new 400cc bike on the cards.
