The Ameo is based on the Polo and the Vento and it resembles the interior styling too. The dashboard has black and beige dual tone interiors. There is a three-spoke steering wheel with audio controls that are mounted on it. The centre console has a touchscreen system and a climate control. The front row seats on the Ameo are large and offer good support for lumbar and side. There is good enough space for tall people be it for the legs or the head. The rear seat isn’t the most spacious of the lot, but it is decent for an average Indian. There is a real AC vent and even a single cup holder too. The rear can seat only two in comfort.

Maruti DZire - Steering Wheel

Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire interior has soft touch materials and a pleasing design. It has a two-tone theme of black and beige. The dashboard doesn’t have a cluttered layout either. The steering wheel gets controls for audio and even telephone connectivity. There is sufficient storage space in the Dzire when it comes for holding bottles or cups. The rear legroom is very limited though. The DZire looses out on features to the Ameo, as the Volkswagen has all the frills to make it better package than the DZire. It has a touchscreen system with maps, reverse camera, then there is cruise control, automatic headlamps and rain sensing wipers too. Volkswagen this time means serious business and it is out to compete with the best.
