Mahindra’s KUV100 has been spotted at a dealership showing the exterior and the interior of the crossover. The Indian utility vehicle is called it as KUV100 with K standing for Kool. The Mahindra KUV100 is made on a new platform and this will be competing with the Hyundai Grand i10 and the Maruti Suzuki Celerio. Mahindra-KUV100-front-quarter-spied-1024x575

The KUV100 is Mahindra’s smallest vehicle and this will be powered by a new range of mFalcon engines, first is the 1.2-litre petrol called as mFalcon G80, which churns about 82bhp of power and the 1.2-litre diesel is called as mFalcon D75, which produces 77bhp of power.

Both these engines are the new-generation designed and developed by Mahindra.

The Mahindra KUV100 has K2, K4, K6 and K8 variants. The KUV100 will launched in seven colours. All the variants except the K8 have dual airbags as an optional feature, while ABS is a standard fitment across the range.

The price of the KUV100 will be between INR 5-7 lakhs (on-road).

This new crossover will be targeting young urban car buyers and first time car buyers. Varun Dhawan is the brand ambassador for this crossover and it will be launched on 15th January.
