There is no difference in design in the base variant except the top-end W8 optional gets a sunroof. Rest the car looks the same. The interior of XUV300 is dual-tone in beige and black. The seats are quite comfortable with soft cushioning in the middle and a bit of firm padding on the edges. This gives a comfortable driving position. Making you feel grounded especially when you take sharp turns. Body roll felt is minimum in the XUV300. The bonnet of the car is well insulated to reduce engine noise across all variants.

Body-colored door handles & ORVMs, LED taillamps, dual-tone dashboards, and all four power windows are standard across all variants.

Some additional features that the XUV300 base model W4 gets are

Electronically adjustable steering wheel. This is the first in segment feature which is offered even in the base variant of the XUV300. This allows you to select a steering response between Normal, Comfort, and Sport. In Normal mode, the steering is neither light nor stiff suitable for city driving conditions. In Comfort mode, the steering becomes light and easy to steer. While in sport mode the steering becomes stiff giving you enough confidence to drive at triple-digit speed. The Steering wheel is also height adjustable.

The safety and comfort features included in the XUV300 base variant W4 make it a very good product to be considered in the current situation.
