Tesla drives over a Samsung Galaxy S6

These days drop tests are very popular and one of the smartphone testing blogs drove a Tesla Model S over the Samsung Galaxy S6. Now, this phone does look a replica of the iPhone 6 in many ways. But anyways, our point is that in this video, the blogger drives over the Korean smartphone on several occasions. Both are cool devices, one side is the Samsung Galaxy S6, the flagship from the Korean electronic giant and the other side is the Tesla Model S, a cool car that doesn’t run on petrol. It is interesting to see people are considering electric cars and giving it a lot more importance than before as they are now faster and have a longer range than before.

Generally a smartphone can escape with or minimal damage if dropped from a certain height. But if a car (which is normally at least one tonne) drives over it then it is time to kiss your smartphone good bye as it is game over for it. However, the smartphone survives this test despite driving the car at 22km/hr. It is only the back glass panel that cracks and even the phone’s front screen gets a minor crack on it, with all the controls working fine. Check out this video:
