The 2018 Honda CBR 250R gets some upgrades for the model year. The Auto Expo 2018 had seen the unveil of this bike. The CBR 250R is available is two variants, priced at Rs. 1.63 lakh and Rs. 1.93 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively. The Honda CBR 250 has a high fan following and has been quite a popular bike in its segment. The 2018 version gets new features which include a new LED headlamp and new colours with attractive graphics. The bike continues to get dual-channel ABS as as an option on the 2018 version.
The design of this bike has not changed. The same 249cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine does duty here. The engine produces 26bhp of power at 8500rpm and 22.9 Nm of torque at 7000rpm. There are two variants available in the CBR250R. The standard variant costs Rs.1.65 lakhs and the the other variant, which comes with ABS costs Rs. 1.95 lakhs, (ex-showroom). The Honda CBR250R does not see a major hike in price. The engine and design of the bike remain the same. Only a few minor upgrades have taken place.

The 2018 Honda CBR 250R is quite powerful machine. It comes with a 250cc , single-cylinder, liquid cooled engine. This engine develops 25bhp of power and about 23Nm of torque. 2018 Honda CBR 250R Design
The Honda CBR 250R is now updated. It was believed that the one sold internationally will come to India, but its not the case. The basic design and styling remains the same, however, it looks more premium and attractive due to the new colour scheme and the graphics it comes with. The 2018 Honda CBR 250R gets body-colour matching pinstripes on the sidewalls of the wheels. The new bike also gets an all-black treatment for the alloy wheels, exhaust and also the rear fenders.
The 2018 Honda CBR250R looks more attractive and truly refreshed as compared to the outgoing model. The looks are now enhanced. The all-LED headlamp is a major change and it also has a digital/analogue instrument cluster. Dual channel ABS, which is optional and also other features are continued from the earlier model.
The new CBR 250R uses the diamond frame chassis with telescopic front fork and rear Pro-Link mono shock suspension. The same 17-inch alloy wheels do duty here and 110/70-17 front and 140/70-17 rear tyres remain. Brakes are 296mm front and a 220mm rear disc brake with optional dual-channel ABS.

2018 Honda CBR 250R Competition
The new CBR 250R competes with the Yamaha Fazer 25, though the Honda is more powerful. It also rivals the KTM RC200 and the TVS Apache RR310, to an extent.
