The campaign also encourages all Gurugram residents to become ‘eyes of the Gurugram Police’. They are invited to report non-compliance on a dedicated WhatsApp number (9999981800) directly to traffic police.

In the pre-rollout phase, convoy of cars branded with road safety message will parade across the “Sabhya Roads, Bhavya Gurugram” adopted 8.2km road stretch from Huda City Centre to Bristol Chowk and further to Iffco Chowk. Traffic buddies, devoted to the cause of fostering road safety, will distribute road safety booklets to the commuters and encourage them to fasten in their seatbelts by accepting a seatbelt shaped wrist band. Various awareness programs will be run at schools, colleges and corporate offices to promote seatbelt usage.
