Tata Motors will be the only maker that will have SUVs in the compact and mid-size segment. At the moment, Hyundai has the Creta and the i20 Active, Honda has the BR-V and even the WR-V, but both aren’t close in any form. Nexon is a nSUV and not a crossover version of a hatchback.

It has high ground clearance and isn’t derived from any hatchback, like the WR-V or the i20 Active.

Tata Creta SUV Price

The pricing of this new SUV will be about Rs 9 lakhs and will go upto Rs 14 lakhs. Tata Motors will overlap it with the Nexon making it an exciting product to consider for many buyers. The lower variants of this SUV will overlap with the Nexon and Tata is also working on a premium hatchback, codenamed as X451, which will also overlap here. We are certain that this new SUV will be a lot more rugged and stylish in looks.
