As Royal Enfield is testing its new 750cc bike, it is gearing up to showcase it soon at 2017 EICMA. This is the company’s first bike with a twin-cylinder engine in the recent years. Royal Enfield is gearing up to launch an all new bike not just in India but in other markets too. A video has surfaced on YouTube that showcases how a Royal Enfield test bike has been going quickly.

The bike has rear discs, there is likely chance of inverted forks and even the bike has no rear ABS. The Bajaj Dominar 400 has been finding it difficult to catch with the RE 750cc on most of the times when the test rider is going fast.

The bike has achieved a speed of 160km/hr of speed and it still seems to have good amount of juice too.

The new 750cc has been undergoing rigorous testing. The sightings aren’t very frequent and one of the Dominar 400 riders was behind the bike as a chase. The RE 750cc was moving quickly across the Chennai traffic.  Royal Enfield will not be using the same chassis. This will be a new chassis that can handle a lot more power and torque. If you look at the video closely, the bike handles well.

Despite being at speeds of about 150-160km/hr and most of the times above 100, it was ahead of Dominar not just in speed but was at par when it comes to handling also.

Bajaj Dominar 400 comes with a 373cc engine that produces about 34bhp of power and similar torque too. It is clear that the RE 750cc is faster and much more powerful too. We expect it to have good handling too. The RE will be first launched in European market it seems so.
