Video shows a woman trapped in her car in Bengaluru floods

A terrifying video has surfaced, where a woman has been trapped inside her car. This lady was stuck inside her car and this white car has been floating.

This was the day with a lot of rains in Bengaluru, when about five people died. The video clip, shot from a camera of someone clearly shows how the car was floating.

The shocked bystanders can be heard speaking about the woman inside the car. Then four men go to her rescue. These men go to bring her back to safety. They jumped into waist-deep water and tried to rescue her. As per the reports, three of these were police personnel. The incident occurred in Nayandahalli in Bengaluru on Friday night.

Friday night, a couple was also killed when a wall collapsed on them. In Kurubarahalli, 18th cross, a married couple – Shankarappa and Kamalamma died when a compound wall collapsed on them. The other three people who died were two women and a priest, who were washed away in storm water drains in Kurubarahalli and Laggare areas in Bengaluru.

In Laggare’s Kempegowda layout, Meenakshi (55) and her 22-year old daughter were washed away as the storm water drained away.

There will be more rains in the coming days in Bengaluru as per the weather forecast. These have left the city battered and a question of proper drain system unanswered.

Already, the city dwellers have been facing the issue of too much traffic and bad roads.
