Audi Q7 Petrol Launched
Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, today announced the launch of the Audi Q7 40 TFSI quattro in India. The powerful 2.0 TFSI engine churns out 185kW (252hp) and 370 Nm of torque effectively accelerating 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.9 seconds. The Audi Q7 also packs in a lightning-fast power redistribution through quattro permanent all-wheel drive, segment first Audi Virtual Cockpit and a smart Audi Smartphone Interface, and is priced at INR 67,76,000 onwards.
This is the smallest engine on offer on the Q7 ever in India. The Q7 was earlier on offer with a 3.0-litre petrol but never a 2.0-litre. With this new engine, Audi has managed to reduce the pricing with this smaller engine. For those who are looking for a Q7 and aren’t too much concerned about performance, this will be a good choice. However, it won’t have the best-in-class performance. This engine produces 252bhp of power and 370Nm of maximum torque. It comes mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The ARAI claimed mileage of the Q7 petrol is 11.68km/l and the top speed is 233km/hr. The company even claims that this new SUV does a 0-100km/hr in 6.9 seconds.
