Renault Kwid Sports, Rallycross, Race, Chase, Ziipp, Turbo and Classic variants are launched.

These are the new variants launched on the Kwid. These new variants have been made available. These are the seven special editions have been launched. Most of these add-ons are just stickers or some accessories that have been offered on the Kwid.

The new editions are made available in five colours: Fiery Red, Ice Cool White, Moonlight Silver, Outback Bronze and Planet Grey. No one new colour like the Climber has got. The other bit about the new variants is that it will be offered with all the engines. The 800cc, 1.0-litre and 1.0-litre AMT engine options will be made available with these editions. These are more of accessories that are offered on the Kwid and this will be helpful for buyers who are looking at customizing their cars.

These will make the Kwids look different from each other.

In this way, the new Kwid will not just offer more features, but even such look stylish. Now, there is no change in the feature list and even the mechanicals. So, the Kwid new variants will be offering the 800cc engine with 53bhp of power at 5,678 rpm and 72 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm, while the 1.0-litre petrol engine develops 67bhp at 5,500 rpm and 91 Nm of torque at 4,250 rpm. The manual transmission is a five-speed box and the 5-speed AMT is available only on the bigger engine.

The Kwid is available in four trim levels: STD, RxE, RxL and RxT. The price range is between INR 2.65 Lakhs – INR 4.56 Lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).
