Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 will be an-all-new-bike, and it has been stopped. Yes, the same Conti GT will be the base platform, but there shall be many changes on them so that it can accommodate a bigger engine with more power and higher torque. So, what does the new Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 have on offer? We share all the details.

Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 Engine

The most important aspect of the Conti GT is its engine.  It has a 750cc engine that will be a long stroke engine. This two cylinder engine should be high on torque and will have good pull even at low engine speeds. This engine has been designed to meet the company’s requirement to be a bike that can comfortably cruise on American or European highways. So, we reckon it will have good performance and this will trickle down even for Indian consumers. The transmission is likely to be a six-speed one for this engine.

Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 Design

Looking at the design of the new bike with this bigger engine, it is clearly evident that multiple changes have been made on the bike. The chassis is stronger; it has a longer wheelbase and even wider tyres.

There are multiple changes made to the chassis. It does seem to be sitting lower than before, this would be done to reduce the centre of gravity. This will help to improve the ride and even the handling of this bike. At the same time, the Continental GT has more grunt to it. The new images of the bike that have surfaced makes it look so much more retro. The round engine sump does look old-school.

They are targeting global products they will have to deliver quality and durability. It seems this could be taken care as the brand is gearing up to launch this new engine and bike. The dials are also all new on this bike and it does look different.
