Toyota FT4X SUV in the making

Toyota FT4X SUV has been recently showcased as a concept at the New York Motor Show. This is an all new SUV, which will have compact dimensions and shall be made on the C-platform. Toyota wanted to showcase the SUV and hence, even the concept model did not even have an engine.

Toyota FT4X SUV Design

The FT4X is an all SUV that will be targeting millennials. The Toyota FT4X SUV is based on the C-platform, which the Japanese automaker shall be sharing with other vehicles, some of which will even be manufactured in India.

What is more, this new SUV has a stylish design and an appeal, which makes it absolutely gorgeous. The younger audience today wants a vehicle that looks trendy, different and at the same time will be a head turner. For this reason, the design of the Toyota FT4X is nowhere like any of its current cars and UVs. It does stand out in design and still retains the reliability of a Toyota. This is what makes it even special.

Toyota FT4X SUV Interiors

The interiors of the concept model do look different. We are certain that the production version shall have a more mellowed-down interiors. What it will even get will be four-doors instead of the current two. At the same time, the Toyota FT4X will have better design too.

There shall be a large size boot too on offer as well. The new Toyota FT4X will even have stylish interior and it will be feature-loaded. It shall even get Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and other features.

Toyota FT4X SUV Engine

Toyota has confirmed it will be coming with a four-cylinder petrol and diesel engine options. This means it should have engine capacity between 1.4-litre to 1.8-litres for petrol and diesel. This will be offered with a six-speed manual and maybe even an automatic as well. This will have a 4×2 and even a 4×4 versions.

Toyota FT4X SUV Competition

The Jeep Renegade, the Hyundai Creta (ix25) and the Honda HR-V are its likely competition. This shall be an exciting product for the European and American markets.
