Maruti Alto K10 Plus launched

Maruti Alto K10 Plus is a newly launched version of the best-selling car in the country.

The Alto K10 Plus comes only with the VXi variant of the hatch. This limited edition version enhances the Alto K10 with more features making it a good value for money product. The Alto K10 comes with manual and AMT versions and this will be offered on both. The new Alto K10 Plus has been priced at INR 3.8 lakhs (on-road, New Delhi). This is the price for the manual version of the K10 Plus.

Maruti Alto K10 Plus Exterior

On the outside, the Alto K10 does get some minor updates. To begin with, it has chrome garnish around the front fog lamps.

Then, the other add-ons include a new chrome belt line on the shoulder, body colour door handle and side mirror. The body side moulding is also also now even body coloured. There is some chrome addition on the wheel arches too.

At the same time, the Maruti Alto K10 Plus even gets a new rear spoiler. This makes it look somewhat different from the existing Alto K10. Maruti has made these changes to keep up with the competition.

Maruti Alto K10 Plus Interior

There are some subtle changes on the inside as well. To begin with, it now gets central locking. Then there is piano finish music system, front power windows and even reverse parking sensors. These are the major offerings on the new K10 Plus. Apart from that, nothing else has changed. Maruti is looking at making the Alto an even better feature loaded hatchback and hence it is looking at getting more features on this hatchback.

Maruti Alto K10 Plus Engines

At the moment, the Maruti Alto K10 Plus is coming with a 1.0-litre petrol engine that churns about 67bhp of power and 90Nm of maximum torque. This engine is made available with five-speed manual and AMT options.

Both are offered with K10 Plus variants. This engine has good enough power and are very easy to drive in city and even on the highway.

Maruti Alto K10 Plus Mileage

Both the manual and AMT versions of the Alto K10 Plus have a mileage of 24.07 km/l. In the real world, in city driving, it returns about 15 km/l and about 18 km/l on the highway.
