The Maruti Suzuki Victoris is already a fairly feature-loaded SUV, and it even comes with an underbody CNG tank. But something was missing. Something important. A spare wheel, and it was missing since its launch. Several Victoris owners may have complained about this, which is why Maruti has taken a step to resolve the problem.

Maruti Victoris Feature Update
Till now, each variant of the Victoris sold does not have a spare wheel. To address this, Maruti has introduced a genuine spare wheel as an optional accessory for the Victoris. It can be installed in any variant, be it petrol, CNG, or strong-hybrid.
Buyers who want to get a spare wheel installed can pay Rs. 2,350 and get it. The installation also includes variant-specific brackets, whose prices differ depending on the powertrain. A full list of installation prices depending on the powertrain is given below:

It’s worth mentioning that the spare tyre must be purchased additionally; it is not included in the Rs. 2,350 wheel cost. The cost of installing the spare wheel kit in the CNG and strong hybrid variants is higher than in the regular petrol model, as it requires changes to the luggage board.
Though it is a good update for Victoris owners, we think the cost could have been a bit more affordable. For reference, the entire kit installation in any strong-hybrid variant will cost an owner close to Rs. 5,300.
