Right after Toyota introduced the MY26 Innova Crysta, the upcoming Innova Hycross facelift was spotted for the first time in hefty camouflage, revealing little to no details. However, a new video revealed key details of the Innova Hycross, giving us a glimpse of the new interior. From the video, we can confirm that the 10.1-inch touchscreen from the outgoing model has been replaced by a new screen, which could be the same as the one we saw in the new Hilux – a 12.3-inch unit. Moreover, the new Innova Hycross will likely get a new digital instrument cluster. This 12.3-inch unit could be borrowed from the international-spec Hilux.

Even though the test mule is camouflaged, the new headlight seems sleeker and sharper. The taillights are also likely to be new and have a sleek design. We can expect additional interior changes to give it a more premium touch, along with a new steering wheel design. Other than that, we believe that the Innova will retain its elegant design, and the alloy wheels are also expected to be the same.

With the update, we expect to see a slew of features like rear ventilated seats, upgraded ADAS, a head-up display, a powered co-driver’s seat, and more. We expect the powertrain option to remain the same – a 2.0-litre NA petrol engine and a 2.0-litre petrol hybrid engine. Toyota could soon introduce a flex fuel version of the Innova Hycross. As of now, the Japanese brand is yet to reveal the launch date of the facelift. However, we expect the Innova Hycross facelift to arrive by the end of 2026. Toyota could price the seven-seater between Rs 24 lakh and Rs 42 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
