Upcoming Skoda SUVs – Skoda Kodiaq RS
Expected Price – Rs 60 Lakh
Expected Launch – July 2026

Skoda has revealed that it will launch the Kodiaq RS in the second quarter of 2026; hence, we expect the RS version of the Kodiaq to launch in June-July 2026. With the RS badge, the Kodiaq will get several sporty elements and a powerful tuning. Expect the SUV to be powered by a 2.0-litre TSI engine producing 265bhp & 400Nm, paired with a 7-speed DSG and an AWD setup.
The Kodiaq RS will carry the feature suite from the regular model, maintaining its premium stature. However, the price will see an increase, as the RS version is expected to be brought in via the CBU route.

Skoda Epiq –
Expected Price – Rs 25 Lakh
Expected Launch – Late 2027

Skoda recently showcased the Epiq, which is expected to be the brand’s first electric SUV for the Indian market. The showcased model was 4.17m, and Skoda could bring the same model to our shores. Industry rumours suggest it will be brought to India via the CBU route, so expect premium pricing again for this model. The SUV is offered in 2 battery pack options: 38.5 kWh and 55 kWh. It is offered with FWD as standard, with no option for a dual-motor setup. Its power figures range from 113 bhp to 208 bhp, depending on the variant.

Upcoming Skoda SUVs – Skoda Elroq
Expected Price – Rs 28 Lakh and above
Expected Launch – Late 2027 or Early 2028

The Skoda Elroq is already on sale in international markets, and the SUV is also expected to launch in India. The Elroq measures 4.48m in length and will rival SUVs such as the Sierra EV, XEV 9e, and the upcoming Seltos EV in India. The SUV comes with 3 battery pack options: 63kWh, 82kWh and 84kWh; the 84kWh battery pack is reserved for the vRS model. The 82kWh battery pack has a claimed range of 571km on a single charge.
Feature suite also won’t be compromised; it gets several useful and comfortable features. Now the brand hasn’t confirmed whether this model will be brought via the CBU or CKD route. If Skoda brings it via the CBU route, it might be priced a bit higher.
