New BYD SUV Coming?

BYD already had the Sealion 6 model planned to launch in India. Recently, the model was spotted undergoing testing, and in global markets, this SUV is available with DM-i hybrid technology. The recent teaser suggests that BYD India might now be preparing to launch the Sealion 6 by the end of this year.

With BYD’s DM-i hybrid tech, the Sealion 6 can deliver a significant range in pure-electric mode and offer a combined range of more than 1,000 km. Globally, the Sealion 6 is available with multiple hybrid setups, paired with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, BYD Blade Battery technology and an electric motor.
