Tata Motors Leaked ‘THIS’ Detail Of Sierra By Mistake?

By now, you already would have known that Tata will be launching the Sierra this month. The SUV is expected to be a crowd puller, because of its past existence and overall excitement. Now, just ahead of its launch – Tata Motors has teased the SUV, revealing some new details –

Tata Sierra New Details Out – What’s New?

In a recently shared teaser, Tata Motors gave us a sneak peek inside the cabin of the new Sierra. One of the major details that we saw was a new colour. From the Auto Show, the Sierra has been always teased in the Yellow colour. But, while teasing its interiors, a slight detail of new colour was spotted. It is none other than the red – expected to be the Nitro Crimson Red from the Tata Curvv. 

Earlier, when the Sierra was on sale. The SUV was available in red shade – it was among the popular colour options then. Now, Tata might again continue with this shade with this SUV. However, it is not known that this colour option will be sold as a monotone or have a dual-tone option. While the Yellow will be the hero colour, the Red will be having its own fanbase.

Interior Sneak Peak

Apart from the colour option, the teaser also shares a sneak peek inside the cabin. The majority of the details are still hidden from our eyes, but we can see the 12.3-inch triple-screen display, rear sunshade options, and a huge panoramic sunroof on the model. Apart from that, other features expected include dual-zone climate control, ventilated and powered front seats, good surround-sound system, rear AC vents, ADAS, a 360-degree camera, and more. The rear-angled shot also shows that the Sierra has considerable boot space.

Powertrain Details

While the brand has been tight lipped on sharing the powertrain details about this SUV. However, we expect the model to be equipped with a trio of 1.5 litre engines in NA, Turbo petrol and Diesel version. The SUV is expected with a new 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine (170bhp & 280Nm). Transmission duties will be handled by manual and automatic gearbox options. 

While in its EV avatar, the SUV is expected to be made available with 55kWh and 65kWh battery capacities.

Pricing

The Indian automaker will be revealing the prices of this SUV on 25th November 2025. On our front, we expect the ICE version to be priced between Rs 13 lakh and Rs 24 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), while the EV version is expected to be priced between Rs 20 lakh and Rs 26 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). More details about the model will be shared during its launch.
