1. Hero Xpulse 421 – Upcoming Hero Bikes

One of the most-awaited Hero bikes is the Xpulse 421. We expect the Indian manufacturer to showcase its first flagship ADV, to take on the likes of the Himalayan 450, KTM 390 Adventure and a few others. The expected Hero ADV will likely get features like a new TFT screen, switchable ABS, traction control, cruise control and much more. As of now, we do not have any details regarding the engine specs, and we will have to wait till tomorrow for the same. We expect Hero to price the bike quite competitively to attract more buyers away from its rivals.

2. Hero Xtreme 440

While Hero has not dropped any hints regarding this, we do expect the brand to enter the 400cc segment with its street naked bike. The Xtreme 250R is a sporty motorcycle with great performance and handling. The reason we speculate the Xtreme 440 to be unveiled is because of Hero’s new teaser, which reveals a streetfighter motorcycle with an engine design similar to the Maverick 440. However, we expect Hero to alter the gear ratios and change the tuning of the bike to offer more sporty performance, in comparison to the Maverick’s laid-back power and torque delivery. The Xtreme 440 could get features like cruise control, traction control, a new TFT screen, USD forks, and much more. This street fighter will likely take on the likes of the KTM Duke 390, Bajaj Dominar 400 and a few more.

3. Hero Karizma XMR 250 – Upcoming Hero Bikes

Previously showcased at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, the Hero Karizma XMR 250 is long overdue now. While Hero launched the Xtreme 250R at the Auto Expo, the Karizma is yet to be officially launched. So, at the EICMA 2025, we expect Hero to not only showcase it but also launch the Karizma XMR 250. We expect the Karizma to get the same features as the Xtreme 250R, including USD forks, a 4.2-inch instrument cluster, traction control, dual-channel ABS and much more. The existing Xtreme 250R gets a 249.03cc engine producing 29.5bhp and 25Nm of torque along with a 6-speed gearbox. We can expect the same power figures with the Karizma 250. The Karizma will take on the likes of the Gixxer SF 250, the Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 and a few others.

4. Hero Vida Dirt-e

Out of Hero’s Vida sub-brand, we can expect four new electric 2-wheelers to debut at EICMA 2025. Vida World has released a few teasers, out of which the Dirt-e looked quite exciting. Likely to be based on Hero’s Lynx concept, the Dirt-e is a dirt bike powered by an electric powertrain, as seen in the teaser. We expect this to be similar to the Ultraviolette Shockwave and will likely rival it. As of now, details are still under wraps, and we can only provide more details after the reveal. However, it is safe to say that the Dirt-e will be one of the bikes to look out for at EICMA 2025.

5. Hero Vida Ubex – Upcoming Hero Bikes

Hero Vida has teased two bikes under the Ubex nameplate. While one of these looks like a simple commuter motorcycle, the other looks more like a supermoto bike with a beak up front and a hollow chassis. The one with the commuter design carries a silhouette of the existing Xtreme 160R, and this electric bike will be a potential rival to the Ola Roadster X.

We can see a streetfighter stance, with alloy wheels, front and rear disc brakes, a flat single-piece seat, USD forks and much more. It will be interesting to see the actual design and specs of these bikes.
6. Hero Vida VXZ

Hero Vida also teased another electric motorcycle, which is more on the sporty side. In the teaser, the bike is all blacked out, only revealing the silhouette and LED DRL design of the bike. The DRL is quite similar to the ones seen on Vida’s V2 and VX2 scooters, signifying the Vida brand. The electric bike has a sporty stance, along with a split seat design. Moreover, the teaser also reveals that the VXZ will be belt-driven, unlike the UBEX concept bike, which looks to have a chain drive.

7. Hero Vida NEX – Upcoming Hero Bikes

Last but not least, this is one of the most unique bikes that we have seen. In the teaser, Hero has cleverly hinted that it will be a three-wheeler bike, instead of a two-wheeler. Vida had showcased a Sway Trike concept bike, which had two front wheels with independent suspension and a disc brake for each wheel upfront. This would be one of the most unique products to make it into production.
