Mahindra has introduced the Scorpio N Carbon Edition and it is available in Z8 and Z8 L trims of the Scorpio N. The Carbon Edition has been introduced as a celebration of the achievement of 2,00,000 units sold of the Scorpio N. The legendary SUV now has an even more imposing stance and the changes in the interior give a sportier feel.

The Mahindra Scorpio N Carbon Edition has a price tag ranging from Rs 22.74 Lakh (on-road, Mumbai) to Rs 34.52 Lakh (on-road, Mumbai). The carbon edition is only available in Z8 and Z8L trims. This edition costs Rs 20,000 more than the Standard Scorpio N variants.

As the name suggests, this is the Carbon Edition, and Mahindra has blacked out everything on the SUV. All the chrome bits on the grille, door handles, roof rails, and even the window sills have been turned black. The 17-inch and 18-inch wheels(AWD) receive the black treatment, and it works on the SUV. A completely black interior greets you inside the Scorpio N Carbon Edition. Premium black leatherette now trims the seats, and the dashboard also sports the black treatment. The roof liner and door cards are now black too. The Scorpio N now looks even more menacing and imposing.

The Scorpio N Carbon Edition still gets the same powertrain options: a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine (200bhp & 370Nm with 6MT) or (200bhp & 380Nm with 6AT) and a 2.2-litre diesel engine (172bhp & 370Nm with 6MT) or (172bhp & 400Nm with 6AT). The diesel can be opted with AWD while the petrol is only available in 2WD.

The Scorpio N has loads of features like an 8-inch touch-infotainment system, a 7-inch instrument cluster, a sunroof, an electrically adjustable driver’s seat, and much more. It also gets dual-zone climate control, connected car features, reclining captain seats in the second row and a wireless charging pad. The Scorpio N has ample features, and they are quite useful in day-to-day use.
