This engine will produce 101bhp at 5,500rpm and 150Nm of peak torque between 1,700rpm and 4,500rpm. As the body weight of the Baleno is lighter than the rest, this power should be more than sufficient. At the same time, it will be a lot more efficient too. The Maruti Baleno RS does have good performance and at the same time good efficiency.
The Baleno RS even gets 16-inch tyres and there are wider than the regular hatch. This help to enhance the hatchback’s ability to push it further. The front brakes are 14-inch ones and the

Maruti Baleno RS Competition
The Nexa Experience will deliver the premium experience to the customer and Maruti Suzuki will want to capitalise on this niche segment. At the same time, this is the reason why Maruti never introduced the currently sold Baleno’s CVT with the top-of-the-line variant. The Baleno at the moment is one of the highest selling premium hatchbacks. The company has managed to make a dent in this segment, which was dominated by Hyundai’s Elite i20. Hyundai will also be introducing the i20 N, which will be a direct competition as well. Volkswagen is working towards getting the Polo GTI, which will be a league ahead of these premium hatchbacks.
