Should Creta buyers wait for the Honda Elevate?
The C-SUV segment is one of the most fiercely competitive segments in the country. Almost all manufacturers have an SUV in this segment barring a few. Now even more cars are going to crowd this segment with the C3 Aircross and Honda Elevate expected soon. Honda has confirmed that it will be unveiling the car on 6th June 2023. So should a Creta buyer wait for the Honda SUV? In today’s article, let’s talk about Honda Elevate 2023.
Design
We have got some glimpses of what the Elevate could look like. The Elevate seems to be similar in dimension to the Creta. From the teaser, it seems to be getting a sharp design language with lots of cuts and creases. The rear seems to be getting an overhang adding to the road presence.
Honda Elevate 2023 – Hybrid technology
The Honda Elevate is almost certain to come with hybrid tech. According to the report, the Elevate is going to come with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol and also the same engine with a strong hybrid setup. Transmission options could include manual and CVT on the naturally aspirated petrol and e-CVT on the strong hybrid petrol. The hybrid setup will give it an edge over the Hyundai Creta.

The Creta has set a benchmark with features in this segment. Can Honda outperform Creta in this aspect? It is going to be hard, but we expect the Elevate to come with a decent amount of features. The Elevate is going to come with a normal sunroof instead of a panoramic one. Other expected features include a digital instrument cluster, a big infotainment system, Honda safety Sensing (ADAS),
Honda Elevate 2023 – Launch date
As stated above, Honda has confirmed that it plans to unveil the Elevate on 6th June 2023. The car will be unveiled on 6th June and the launch could happen a few months after the unveiling. So should you wait for the Elevate? Considering the unveiling is just around the corner, it is good to wait for the Elevate.
