Once the actual Creta rival from the brand is launched, it could look way ahead to take on the Alcazar. The Japanese automaker could do something like the Alcazar. This could mean that Honda might spawn a longer-wheelbase version of this new SUV. It could mean more premium features in the interiors, hopefully, a more powerful petrol engine and the obvious 7-seater configuration. If launched, it could be a fierce rival to the Hyundai Alcazar and the upcoming Grand Vitara’s 7-seater version ‘Y17’.

The brand has officially said about its EV plan for the upcoming years. We are talking about a new affordable EV apt for the Indian market. Looking at the global portfolio, there are chances it might be the Honda One but being affordability at its core, Honda might develop an India-specific model. This car is not yet to reveal anytime soon but until then we could see the strong hybrid soaring in full action from the brand. What about pricing? If it has to be in the affordable margin, then somewhere between Rs 10 to 15lakh could be a good range (depending on the segment and features it packs in).
