Talking about its suspension, it provides the most compliant ride in its segment. Moreover, coming from a brand which is globally recognised for its suspension, the C3 also gets powerful engine options. It gets a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated mill that makes 81bhp and 115Nm of torque. Then it’s the 1.2-litre turbo petrol that makes 109bhp and 190Nm of torque. No automatic transmission is on offer so you only get 5MT with the NA and 6MT with turbo petrol.

The new generation Brezza is Maruti’s highest-selling SUV and also maintains a position in the top-selling cars list. All this is possible due to the hot and techy update Maruti has imbibed in it. It gets a multitude of features like wireless charging, a 360-degree camera, a Heads Up Display and many more features. Talking about its suspension, Maruti has reworked it providing a comfortable ride over adulations and unjust roads. It is powered by a 1.5-litre engine that makes 102bhp and 137Nm of torque. Transmission options range from a 5MT or a 6AT transmission. Maruti also has plans to launch the Brezza CNG soon. 

Tata Nexon

The Tata which pioneered the 5-star safety GNCAP has become the brand’s highest-selling car. The Nexon with its feature-loaded list and powerful powertrain options. The suspension of this car is also commendable which soaks all the bumps and adulations the road has for it. It is available in two engine options with one being 1.2-litre turbo petrol (118bhp and 170nm) and a 1.5-litre diesel motor (113bhp and 260Nm). Transmission options range from 5MT or 5AMT.

The only sedan car on the list from Skoda was brought to India under ‘Project 2.0’. Within a short span of time, the car has garnered decent sales with its sporty styling and European build quality. The car comes available with a 1.0-litre TSi and 1.5-litre TSi that makes 114bhp and 178Nm of torque and 148bhp and 250Nm of torque respectively. Transmission options range from a 6-speed manual, 6AT (1.0-litre) and a 7-speed DCT gearbox (1.5-litre). The pricing of the Skoda Slavia starts at Rs 13.28 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
