Kia has created a premium image of itself by always offering cars a class above. This brand is known for its feature-loaded cars with a plethora of powertrain options. Now, that they have formed a strong base in the Indian market, this South Korean manufacturer is likely to bring not one, not two but three new cars for the Indian buyers. Which are the new Kia cars in 2023? Let us find out.

Kia has imported the fourth-generation Carnival MPV to their Anantapura, Andhra Pradesh plant. This new MPV is likely to rival the already popular Innova HyCross. The expected unveiling of this Innova HyCross rival is to be held at the Auto Expo 2023. Talking more about the car, it is likely to be an 11-seater vehicle with all the bells and whistles you can ever imagine. We are talking about premium interiors, ventilated seats, large infotainment system, premium audio system, powered seats and all other stuff as well. Powering this MPV could be the same 2.2-litre turbo diesel making 198bhp.

Kia Sorento

Alongwith the Carnival, Kia has obscured the Sorento SUV which could rival another Toyota car. The Sorento is a Fortuner rival car with dimensions of 4810mm in length, 1900mm in width, and a height of 1700mm. The launch timeline of this car is not yet revealed but Kia could showcase this at the Auto Expo 2023 to analyse the response from the Indian audience. If we talk about the interior and exterior, it is in tandem with the Seltos and Sonet. The exterior has kept the usual Kia way portraying aggressiveness and a bold look. The interiors resemble the Sonet with similar air vents and AC control whereas the dashboard layout is like the Seltos. Seems like a potential rival to the Fortuner? Let us know in the comments!

Kia cars 2023 – Kia Seltos facelift

The Seltos is the highest-selling car in India. This car has pioneered many features in its segment but still sits below the Creta in terms of sales. However, this situation could soon witness a change because Kia is planning to bring the Seltos facelift to Indian buyers. The new model is likely to come after the BS6 Phase 2 norms are in place. The new car is going to get a refreshed set of bumpers alongwith a new dashboard layout to keep things lively. The main highlight in the interior could be its rotary-style gear knob lever which would be a segment first element of the Seltos.
