Maruti has tried to give the MPV a premium appeal with its recent facelift update. The updated car has got a tweaked exterior design along with mechanical upgrades. The top-spec ZXI+ trim level gets elements like diamond-cut alloy wheels, chrome lip on the boot door, chrome door handles and more. Overall this car does maintain an MPV image from every angle. Its main highlight is its long rear door with ample glass area that helps in keeping the cabin airy.

Maruti Ertiga 2022 is available with the updated K15C 1.5-litre petrol engine. This engine produces 99bhp and 136Nm of torque. Transmission duties are carried by a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. Moreover, you also get CNG bi-fuel option which comes paired with the manual gearbox only. In the CNG mode, the power drops at 82bhp and 121Nm of torque. Though you experience a power drop, you get an impressive CNG mileage of 26.11km/kg.
Variant Pricing
Pricing of the Ertiga petrol starts at Rs 9.77 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). If we look at the CNG variant, it starts at Rs 11.94 lakh (on-road, Mumbai) for the VXi CNG and Rs 13.20l akh (on-road, Mumbai) for the ZXi CNG. Additionally, if you are going for the automatic variant, it demands a price of Rs 12.96 lakh (on-road, Mumbai) which is almost 2 lakh higher than its manual counterpart.
