Mahindra is on a roll, bringing one new product after another. As a brand, Mahindra is known for its SUVs and its launch strategy has majorly focused on bringing new SUVs to the market. This strategy has really helped the brand carve a niche for itself. In June, the Scorpio-N launched, followed by the XUV400. So what’s next from Mahindra? The next product from the brand could very well be the Bolero Neo Plus. The Bolero Neo Plus will be a 9-seater SUV and will make it one of the most spacious cars in its segment. In today’s article, let’s talk about this spacious Mahindra SUV coming soon.

The Bolero Neo is just a rebadged version of the TUV300. The TUV300 also had a 9-seater version called the TUV300 Plus. The Bolero Neo Plus has been spotted testing on a few occasions and multiple media reports have suggested the same. So we can expect the Bolero Neo Plus in the coming times. Design-wise, we expect Mahindra to change the grille design and bumpers for the Bolero Neo Plus. It will also get the new Mahindra logo. The last row will have wide jump seats, making it a 9-seater.

Spacious Mahindra SUV – Interior & features

The interior layout of the Bolero Neo Plus will more or less remain identical to the Bolero Neo. So it will also carry most of its features from the Bolero Neo. What features could it get? It will mostly get a 7.0-inch infotainment system, all power windows, engine start-stop, voice control, and manual air conditioning. For people who love off-roading, Mahindra might give it the MTT (Multi-Terrain Technology) feature like the Bolero Neo. What about safety? It could get dual airbags and ABS standard. Mahindra could also give it a 6-airbags standard considering the upcoming minimum airbag norms.

The TUV300 Plus used to come with the 2.2-litre mHawk engine. Currently, the XUV700, Thar and Scorpio-N come with this engine in various states of tune. So, will the Bolero Neo Plus get this engine option? Yes, it could get the 2.2-litre diesel engine capable of producing 130bhp & 300Nm of torque. Like the Bolero Neo, it will only have a manual gearbox option.
