The Hero XPulse is a bike that has no competition in India. As a product, the Xpulse can do off-roading and also take you to your office. It is raking in decent sales, attracting attention of other brands. Honda already has such a product outside India. So will Honda bring the Honda Xpulse 200 to India? In today’s article, let’s talk about Honda Xpulse 200 competition.

What could it be?

Honda Xpulse 200

The bike we are talking about is the CRF 190L. Honda had earlier filed for its patent in India. This will be the perfect Honda XPulse competition if it comes to India. Where does Honda sell the 190L? It has been made for the Chinese market. The bike comes with a 184cc, single-cylinder engine producing 15bhp & 15.7Nm of torque. What else does the bike get? It gets 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels.

Design

The CRF 190L carries the Honda DNA, taking design inspiration from the Africa Twin and the Transalp adventure bikes. It gets a vertical-shaped single headlamp unit. The seat is a single-piece unit, and the footpegs are mid-set. Other than that, it has upright handlebars and an integrated pillion grab rail. What else does it get? The bike gets a tubular steel cradle and telescopic suspension. This should be a long travel suspension for better handling.

Honda Xpulse 200 – Conclusion

Honda Xpulse 200

Currently, Xpulse 200 has no competitor in this segment. So Honda should try to bring the CRF 190L to India. What about its pricing? The XPulse 200 4V is priced at around Rs 1.59 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). Do you think Honda will be successful with this bike in India? For that, Honda will have to make it on par with the XPulse in terms of power and performance. But we hope Honda brings it to India to compete with the XPulse which currently sees no competition in its price bracket.
