New-generation Royal Enfield Bullet
Royal Enfield has updated all of its 350cc bikes except the Bullet. So, we expect that Royal Enfield might bring the new generation of Bullet by the second half of 2022. The new Bullet is expected to come powered by their new J-series 350-cc air-cooled engine we see on the Meteor 350 and the new classic 350. This engine makes 20bhp & 27Nm of torque, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox.
Bajaj Pulsar 150
Bajaj Pulsar 150 has been on sale for a long time without any major update. So Bajaj is expected to update the Pulsar 150 very soon. The new 150 might receive the design update just like the new Pulsar N250. Although, it might run on the same 149.5cc air-cooled petrol engine with some revised power figures. The current generation Pulsar 150 makes 13.8bhp & 13.2Nm of torque. We expect that the new Pulsar 150 might be priced somewhere between Rs 1.10 lakhs to Rs 1.25 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Royal Enfield Hunter 350
Royal Enfield Hunter 350 will be a classic roadster motorcycle. As it is 350, this bike will be built on the same 349cc c air-cooled single-cylinder J-series engine like the new classic 350 and the meteor 350. This engine makes 20bhp & 27Nm of torque, and would be mated to a five-speed gearbox. It might be launched in India in the second quarter of 2022 at a starting price of Rs 1.90 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Honda used to sell the CBR-150R, a 150cc sports bike that used to compete with the Yamaha R15 in India but had to discontinue it due to its poor sales. Now, Honda might launch a new version of the CBR-150R. Globally, this bike runs on a 149cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder petrol engine that puts out 17bhp & 14.4Nm of torque. We expect that Honda might soon launch this sports bike in India with a starting price tag of Rs 1.70 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450
Royal Enfield is going to launch the new and powerful Himalayan with an all-new 450cc engine. So, with all the updates, the Himalayan 450 would be more capable on off-roads as well as on the highways. Talking about the heart of this bike, it would be powered by a 450cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed gearbox. This engine is expected to put out power figures of about 40bhp & 35Nm of torque. It might be launched by the mid of 2023 and start somewhere around Rs 2.60 lakhs to Rs 2.70 lakhs (ex-showroom).

Like the Himalayan 411 and Scram 411, the company might launch the Scram 450 along with the Himalayan 450. Summing up in short, the Scram 450 would be powered by a 450cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed gearbox. This engine is expected to put out 40bhp & 35Nm of torque. This bike might launch along with the Himalayan 450, by the mid of 2023 and start with Rs 2.60 lakhs to Rs 2.70 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Upcoming bikes in 2023 – Royal Enfield Shotgun 650
Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 is a big, good-looking Bobber showcased by the company many times. It will be a classic bobber with two exhaust tips on both sides and with a single seat. It will come powered by a an engine that will be derived from the existing Royal Enfield twins. This means it will be powered by a 648cc air and oil-cooled parallel-twin engine that makes 47bhp & 52Nm torque. It could be priced somewhere between Rs 2.80 lakhs to Rs 3 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Upcoming bikes in 2023 – Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650
Royal Enfield Meteor 350 was a highway-focused and comfortable alternative to the Classic 350. However, the company is going to launch the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650, which would be powerful and comfortable for long rides. This 650cc motorcycle will have a parallel-twin 648cc air and an oil-cooled engine derived from its previously launched Royal Enfield 650 twins. The engine will be producing a powertrain of 47bhp & 53Nm torque. It could be priced between Rs 2.8 lakhs to Rs 3 lakhs (ex-showroom).
