New Maruti Brezza spotted testing! LAUNCH NEAR?

The fact that Maruti Brezza will soon be getting a generation update is hidden from none. We have now received some new spy shots of the new generation Brezza being tested. Could this be the final testing phase? In this article, we have mentioned all the details that we can decipher from these spy shots regarding the new Maruti Brezza that has been spotted.

In the spy shots, we can see the new headlamp-integrated DRL pattern. Although there are spy shots available online where the Brezza has been spotted without any camo, these spy shots confirm that the production-ready car will too come with these. One spy shot also slightly reveals the LED tail lamp setup. We can also spot new alloy wheels for the Brezza. Overall, the styling remains boxy and similar to the current generation with changes done to the design elements to give the car a fresh look.

Bad road capability

In one instance, we see the new Maruti Brezza treading over a bad section of the road. Looking at the car move on the surface, we can speculate that the new Brezza would come with a softer suspension tuning but that is something that we will have test the car to see if it’s true. The Brezza was anyways comfortable for its passengers. Let’s wait and see what else will Maruti have changed with the new car.  

Maruti Brezza Spotted – Engine specifications

Talking about the engine, it will get the same engine that we see on the new-generation Maruti Ertiga. The 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine on the Ertiga now makes 102bhp & 137Nm of torque. This engine is expected to come mated to a five-speed manual and the new six-speed automatic torque converter gearbox.

Maruti Brezza Spotted – Price and Conclusions

The new generation Brezza could come with a price tag of around Rs 8 lakhs (ex-showroom). The launch dates will fall somewhere in the second half of 2022. This segment of the car being very crowded, the Brezza will definitely be a fresh breeze of air when it comes to competition.
