Hybrid Technology
The Toyota Innova runs on a 2.4-litre diesel engine and a 2.7-litre petrol engine but does not use any hybrid technology as of now. Toyota however is very well-known for its hybrid technologies. So, we expect to some sort of hybrid technology in the new-generation Innova. This would not only give it a power boost but also increase its mileage, ultimately enhancing its value-for-money quotient.
Innova new generation – ADAS
As of now, only MG Astor, the Mahindra XUV700 and the Honda City Hybrid get this feature. Toyota must bring this in the new-generation Innova as well to improve its assistance safety. This not only improves safety of the car but also gives a sense of confidence to new drivers.
Innova new generation – Ventilated seats
Ventilated seats are generally perforated seats that blow air to the occupants’ back and are connected to the car AC. It is a feature that helps keep your body at a comfortable temperature, especially on long trips. During the summer season, this feature makes for a comfortable ride. Currently, the Innova doesn’t get ventilated seats. So adding this feature would be very helpful.
