YOUR Ola S1 Pro can give 170km range! Here’s how!

Ola Electric has been facing backlash for the problems that have started emerging in the S1 Pro. Customers had already been complaining about delivery, build quality & fit and finish issues. Moreover, to literally fuel the fire, an Ola S1 Pro caught fire in Pune not so long ago. Other issues like scooter automatically running into reverse mode, breaking of suspension, etc. have also started surfacing. However, albeit all these issues, Bhavish Aggarwal is keeping his front strong and is consistently moving towards bringing the promised MoveOS 2 update to the scooter. In this article, we will discuss everything that the MoveOS 2 will offer and how you will be able to take out 170km range from Ola S1 Pro.

What all will the MoveOS offer?

During the launch event of the Ola S1 Pro last year, Bhavish Aggarwal had explained every tech that the electric scooter comes loaded with. This involved cruise control, music playback via in-built speakers, hill hold, voice assistant, display themes, acceleration sounds, navigation, bluetooth key and many other cool features. However, most of the above-mentioned features have not been activated yet. All these features are thus expected to activated with the MoveOS 2 update.

How can you take out 170km range from Ola S1 Pro?

Bhavish Aggarwal in one of his tweets today stated that Ola is planning to offer a new ECO mode for the electric scooter. In ECO mode, the speed will be limited to 45kmph but the range will be close to 170km. This mode will be really beneficial for users who mostly use the scooter to commute in city traffic conditions. If you are one of those users, you should definitely be excited for the MoveOS 2 update.
