GM Motors announces it’s refreshed Chevrolet Beat

General Motors India today announced the launch of the 2016 Chevrolet Beat hatchback with revitalized interiors, added safety equipment and convenience along with more colour options.

“The Chevrolet Beat, one of GM India’s best-selling models, raises the bar in the country’s fast-growing compact car segment. The refreshed features complement the already distinguished styling elements in its segment, providing even more value to our customers,” said Hardeep Brar, Vice President – Sales, General Motors India.

The refreshed Beat promises to be better equipped and hence better value. There are a host of new features like remote keyless entry with foldable key, a driver side airbag addition to the LT variant, body-colored door handles, silver interior highlights on lower trims apart from two new striking colors and a new nomenclature for top variant as LTZ added to the list.

On the exterior styling front, the clear glass headlamps have black accents, while its taillamps sport a stylish combination of colored and clear glass. Trendy fog lamps with chrome surrounds and a newly designed rear spoiler with LED inserts along with sporty reflectors on the new dual-tone rear bumper complete the aggressively styled exterior. The driver’s seat will be height adjustable along with all new silver interiors.

Additionally in a few variant they have added steering mounted audio controls to enable drivers to enjoy music without taking their eyes off the road.

The New Beat comes with a choice of 7 exciting colors namely Pull Me over Red (new addition), Satin Steel Grey (New addition), Cocktail Green, Sandrift Grey, Switch Blade Silver, Summit White, Linen Beige and Caviar Black.
