It is also one of the most fun-to-ride motorcycles, thanks to its light weight. Hero MotoCorp offers two types of engines, the two-valve 2V, and the four-valve 4V. Honda CB200X
The CB200X is an affordable adventure bike by Honda. The front golden USD forks are the strongest highlight of this bike. It runs on the same engine of Hornet 2.0, which is a 183cc air-cooled motor that makes 17bhp & 16Nm of torque, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. This bike will cost you Rs 1.72 lakhs (on-road, Mumbai).
Yezdi Adventure / Scrambler
Yezdi has come back after a very long time in India. They have launched two off-road bikes – the Adventure and the Scrambler. Both the bikes use the same 334cc liquid-cooled engines with a six-speed manual gearbox, but with different tuning. The Adventure makes 29.7bhp & 29.9Nm of torque while the Scrambler makes 28.7bhp & 28.2Nm of torque. The Adventure will cost you Rs 2.56 lakhs whereas the Scrambler will cost you Rs 2.50 lakhs (on-road, Mumbai).
Royal Enfield Himalayan / Scram 411
Royal Enfield Himalayan is the most popular adventure bike in India. The Scram 411 is the latest launch from Royal Enfield and is completely based on the Himalayan. It is the same bike with reduced extra metal and a smaller front wheel. Both the bikes are powered by the same 411cc air-cooled engine that makes 24.3bhp & 32Nm of torque, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. The Himalayan will cost you Rs 2.60 lakhs and the Scram 411 will cost you Rs 2.46 lakhs (on-road, Mumbai).
KTM 250 Adventure
The KTM 250 Adventure looks like its elder sibling, the 390 Adventure, and shares the engine with the Duke 250, but it does its job very well.
