Mahindra XUV700
The recently launched Mahindra XUV700 was Mahindra’s biggest launch of the year. The list of features attracted a lot of buyers creating a record in itself. The XUV700 scored a five-star rating at the Global NCAP. The top-end variant of the XUV700 gets seven airbags, ADAS, Booster Headlamps, driver drowsiness alert and many more features.
Tata Nexon
Tata Nexon is one of the first made-in-India cars to score a five-star safety rating at the Global NCAP crash test. The Nexon had initially scored a four-star rating but Tata Motors upgraded the Nexon for the second round of the test where it scored a five-star rating. Tata celebrated selling two lakh units of the Nexon in June 2021. The Nexon is immensely popular in its segment for its long list of variants. The Nexon is offered in petrol and diesel engine combinations with manual & AMT gearbox. Safety features like dual airbags, ABS, traction control and ISOFIX seats are offered as standard across all variants.
Mahindra XUV300
The XUV300 is the another car from Mahindra to score a five-star rating at the Global NCAP. The SUV comes equipped with features like dual airbags, ABS with EBD, all wheel disc brakes, rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat mounts, seat belt reminder, etc. The top-end variants offer six airbags, front parking sensors, an electronic stability program (ESP), front and rear fog lamps, tyre pressure monitoring system, and a rear parking camera.
Tata Punch
The Punch is another car from Tata Motors to score a five-star safety rating at the Global NCAP. The Punch also scored a four-star rating for child occupant protection. Dual airbags, ABS, front seat belt reminder, rear parking sensors and ISOFIX child seat mounts are features offered across all variants. The top-end variants get features like auto headlamps and rain-sensing wipers. The AMT variant gets ‘Traction Pro Mode’ as well. Tata Nexon, Altroz, and Punch are cars from Tata Motors that have scored a five-star safety rating at the Global NCAP.
