Skoda Slavia

Skoda recently unveiled their new mid-size sedan, the Slavia. The Slavia is 4541mm in length, 1752mm in width and 1487mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2651mm, offering more interior space than a lot of SUVs. The Slavia comes with two powerful petrol engines, a 1.0-litre turbo and 1.5-litre turbo petrol. Both the engines come with manual and automatic gearbox options.  Some of the highlighted features include an electric sunroof, connected car tech, digital instrument cluster and more. The Slavia will be launched in the Q1 of 2022. 

Mahindra Marazzo

The Mahindra Marazzo offers almost everything if you are looking for a spacious car. Dimension-wise it is 4585mm in length, 1866mm in width and 1774mm in height. The Marazzo comes with 7/8-seater options. The Marazzo comes with a powerful 1.5-litre diesel engine. It only comes with a manual gearbox option. The Marazzo also comes with a 4-star rating from GNCAP.  Some highlighted features include a surround cool system, a 7-inch infotainment system, rearview camera and alloy wheels. The pricing of the Marazzo starts from Rs 15.06 and goes to Rs 17.62 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). 

Budget cars – Renault Triber

The Renault Triber is one of the most affordable 7-seaters in India. Dimension-wise it is 3990mm in length, 1739mm in width and 1643mm in height. The Triber comes with modular seating, which can be converted from two to seven-seaters as per the needs. It comes with a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, which is a bit underpowered but should be adequate for city use. This engine comes with a manual and an AMT gearbox. Some highlighted features in the Triber include an 8.0-inch infotainment system, second & third row AC vents, cooled glove box and keyless entry. The pricing of the Triber starts from Rs 6.49 lakh and goes to Rs 9.34 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
