Skoda Slavia Design

The Skoda Slavia is based on the MQB-A0-IN platform, being the second car in India to use the same platform after Kushaq. Skoda Slavia Engine and Specifications

The Skoda Slavia will be offered with two turbocharged petrol engines. The 1.0-litre TSI petrol engine produces 115bhp and 178Nm of torque, and the 1.5-litre TSI petrol engine produces 150bhp and 250Nm of torque. There is a choice of a six-speed manual gearbox, six-speed automatic (torque converter), and a seven-speed DSG (dual-clutch) gearbox to choose from.

The Honda City is offered in petrol as well as in diesel engines. The car gets a 1.5-litre i-VTEC petrol engine that produces 119bhp and 145Nm of torque. The diesel engine is a 1.5-litre i-DTEC turbocharged that produces 98 bhp and 200Nm of torque. The Honda City is available in a six-speed manual, and a seven-speed CVT gearbox to choose from.

Features

The interiors of the Skoda Slavia come loaded with features like a flat-bottom steering wheel with multi-function, a sunroof, circular AC vents, touch screen infotainment system, automatic climate control, and A-pillar mounted tweeters. Honda City is also equally loaded when it comes to features. It gets a multi-angle rear camera with guidelines (normal, wide, top-down modes), Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) with electronic stability and traction control.
