Tata Tiago was one of the initial products from Tata Motors that helped it re-establish itself in the Indian market. Tiago continues to pull in good numbers for the brand. Dimensions 

The Tata Tiago is 3765mm in length, 1677mm in width & 1535mm in height. On the other hand, Celerio is  3695mm in length, 1655 in width &  1555mm in height. From the dimensions, it is clear that the Tiago is longer and wider than the Celerio. The Celerio is slightly taller than the Tiago.

Design

Both the cars follow a design language similar to entry-level hatchbacks. The Tiago gets an aggressive front design with Tata’s traditional tri-element grille.  While the Celerio gets a more natural curvy design. Both the cars look quite well and should cater to a wide variety of customers.

The Celerio, on the other hand, comes with a 1.0 K10C engine capable of producing 65bhp and 89Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and an AMT gearbox.

The Tiago comes with features like a 7-inch infotainment system, 8-speaker sound system, digital instrument cluster, reversing camera, cooled glovebox and automatic climate control. Maruti has loaded the Celerio with features like a 7-inch infotainment system, push-button start, steering mounted controls, reverse parking camera, keyless entry and electrically adjustable mirrors. It also gets hill start assist.

Pricing

The pricing of the Tata Tiago starts from Rs 6.02 lakh and goes to Rs 8.40 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). While the pricing for the new-generation Celerio starts from Rs 5.84 lakh and goes to Rs 8.09 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
