A few days ago, Hyundai Motors Indonesia revealed sketches of the facelifted Hyundai Creta. We had also spotted this facelifted model testing in Indonesia. This facelifted Creta is expected to make its debut in GIIAS 2021. The GIIAS is an Indonesian Auto Show, which starts on 11th November 2021. Hyundai motors Indonesia has started teasing this facelifted Creta on its YouTube channel. This teaser hints at a big interior update on the Creta. In today’s article, we will spied Hyundai Creta facelift interiors.
Until now, the teasers and spy shots had focused more on the exterior design. This new teaser has finally given us some hints regarding the interiors and features. The facelifted Creta will get a fully digital instrument cluster. This instrument cluster will get a UI that will adapt to the driving modes. This instrument cluster will be similar to the one offered on the Alcazar. Another major addition spotted is a lane driver-assist function. This can help the car align itself in the centre of the lane. This feature hints that Creta facelift is getting the much anticipated ADAS technology. Also, Hyundai has added a remote start/stop via the Bluelink app. Other expected changes will be better seats and upholstery.
The teaser also confirmed the exterior design of the facelifted Creta. It will get a front fascia similar to the 5th generation Tucson. The LED DRLS seamlessly integrate into the similarly shaped grille. The headlights also get a new design. There are no changes to the side profile. At the rear, it will get updated taillamps and tailgate. It will also get a new alloy wheel design.
Considering this is a facelift, engine options are expected to remain the same as the existing models. Currently, Creta comes with three engine options, a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated, 1.4-litre turbo petrol & a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Also, it will carry most of its features from the current model. Some of the noteworthy features are a panoramic sunroof, a bose sound system & ventilated seats.
