Honda recently launched its affordable entry-level, touring-cum-adventure motorcycle, the CB200X. Just like the KTM has its adventure series available in the 250cc, 390cc, and 790cc options, Honda could also be planning something similar as it already has a CB500X. Could CB350X be the next from Honda? Here are our expectations of the Honda CB350X.

Honda CB200X launched – Best all in one budget bike?

Honda CB350X Design

Honda CB200x
The CB350X is believed to get its engine from the CB H’ness 350 and the looks from the CB500X. The CB350X is expected to be tall at the front with a tiny sharp beak. It is expected to get a similar tall windscreen for maximum wind resistance while riding on the highway. The high ground clearance and long-travel suspension are expected to be made available in order to make it a good off-roading bike.

Engine

The CB350X  is expected to come powered by the 348.36cc engine that we get to see with the Honda H’ness as well. This engine will mostly produce 20.78bhp and 30Nm of torque or Honda will add more power to it. The CB350X is expected to deliver a mileage of 45kmpl. The CB350X is expected to get disc brakes in front and rear along with ABS. The bike is expected to weigh around 180 to 200kg and offer a fuel tank capacity of 15 litres. The bike will come with 17-inch dual-purpose tubeless tyres for both front and rear.

Honda CB350X Features

The CB350X is expected to get the same looks as the CB200X. Knuckle guards with integrated turn indicators, a tall design with high ground clearance, and long-travel suspension are expected to be some of the prominent features in the CB350X. The bike could also get Bluetooth connectivity and a fully digital instrument cluster.

Ride and Handling

Honda CB350X
The touring and the off-roading capabilities of the CB350X will be slightly enhanced than the CB200X. The rider’s seating position will be similar to that we have seen on the CB200X and the CB500X. The bike is expected to be designed for providing comfort during long rides and while traveling on bad roads.

Price and Competition

The CB350X will be priced above the existing CB200X and will be competing against the Royal Enfield Himalayan and the KTM Adventure 390. As of now, we do not have any confirmation that the bike is being planned but looking at the competition we hope Honda brings the CB350X soon. Stay tuned as we bring in more information on this bike.
