On the exterior front, the car will now come with LED projector headlamps with DRLs, LED front fog lamps, C-shaped LED tail lamps, new front grille with chrome molding lines, chrome accent on fog lamp housing, 15-inch diamond-cut dual-tone multi-spoke alloy wheels, chrome outer door handle and chrome garnish on rear bumper & reflectors. Colour options will include Platinum White Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic, Radiant Red Metallic and Meteoroid Gray Metallic (NEW).

Interior

The cabin of the Honda Amaze will now come with elements like chrome-finished AC vent knobs, premium beige seat fabric with stitching and Satin Silver cabin accents. Apart from these, elements like rear armrest, passenger seatback pocket, multi-function steering wheel, etc. will be carried forward from the outgoing model.

Honda Amaze facelift will come with some new features to give it a strong game in the segment. Automatic headlamps, rear multi-view camera with guidelines (Normal View, Wide View, Top Down View), front map lamp and dust & pollen filter are some of the additions that customers will get to see with the facelift.

Variants

Honda Amaze facelift

Honda has modified the variant lineup of the Amaze. The brand has removed the ‘V’ variant. The compact sedan will thus be available in three variants viz. E, S and VX. The E variant will continue to be offered with a diesel gearbox only. Dust & pollen filter is a valuable addition to this variant. The S variant will see some alterations as well. The petrol engine will be made available with manual as well as CVT combinations, however, the diesel variant will now be limited to a manual gearbox combination only. The S variant was offered with the diesel-CVT combination as well. The variant will get additions like LED position lights, LED tail lamps, chrome finish AC vents, etc.

Coming to the VX variant, it will continue to be offered with both petrol and diesel engines mated to manual as well as CVT gearboxes. The variant will get additions like LED projector headlamps, LED fog lamps, front map lamps, etc.

Launch & pricing

As mentioned earlier, the Honda Amaze facelift will launch on 18th August. As far as pricing is concerned, we expect to see a hike of Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 over the outgoing model.
