Ola is looking to unveil its “hyper charging” network soon after the launch of its scooter. It will be one of the world’s largest EV charging networks, according to Ola. The network will provide customers with high-speed chargers. The idea is to offer 1,00,000 charging points across 400 cities over a while. Ola is confident of setting up 5000 charging points in the first year itself. This will be a big boost for the EV industry.

The Ola scooter will be launched on the 15th of August. We expect Ola to price its electric scooter under Rs 1 lakh, which will be quite a competitive price. It will compete with petrol-powered scooters as well as other electric scooters like Ather 450X and Honda Activa.
