The Jaguar I-PACE concept that was showcased at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The production version of the new Jaguar I-PACE will be unveiled this year and deliveries will begin by 2018. The production version of the I-PACE will be unveiled this year. The deliveries on the new electric SUV will commence by 2018.

Jaguar I-PACE Design

An aggressive styling is seen in the Jaguar I-PACE. It is inspired by the current Jaguar designs.  The fascia is like the F-TYPE and the headlamp styling is borrowed from the XJ. The bonnet is sculpted and this looks stylish and aggressive.A cut out in the bonnet is a design element which has never been seen on any Jaguar before. From the side it looks more like a crossover. It has a raised beltline to make it look muscular. The door handles resemble the F-Type. The tail lamps are also inspired from the F-Type. The integrated spoiler  looks stylish and well integrated. It also gets a panoramic sunroof.

Jaguar I-PACE Interiors

The Jaguar I-PACE has all new interiors. Ian Callum and his team have revolutionised the product to make it look stylish and fresh.

The interiors will be highly appreciated by technology lovers.

There instrument cluster is in form of a TFT screen, which is very unique. There is also a touchscreen system on the centre console.

The dashboard also has wood inserts.

Jaguar I-PACE Engine/ Motor

The Jaguar I-Pace has a 90kWh lithium ion battery pack that have been designed in house by JLR. A typical public 50kW DC charging network will take 2 hours for a full charge. One full charge will deliver 500 kilometres on one full charge. The combined power of all the electric motors translated to about 396bhp and 700Nm. This is the same torque like the F-Type SVR.
