Hero MotoCorp will be launching a facelifted version of their Hero Hunk motorcycle and it will be priced at INR 76,000 (on-road), approximately. The Hunk is a 150cc motorcycle from Hero and operates in this ever competitive 150-160cc segment in India.

Some undisguised Hero Hunk bikes were earlier spotted at Hero dealerships recently, with minor upgrades, mainly cosmetic. The facelifted Hunk gets a new instrument panel with a side stand indicator a new headlamp and a new crash guard.

 Otherwise, the bike more or less looks the same, with a muscular stance.

The Hunk will carry the same 149.

2cc, air-cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder unit that develops 15.

6bhp @ 8,500 rpm and 13.5 Nm of torque @ 7,000 rpm, mated to a five-speed transmission.

However, it will be tuned to offer better performance and a high power output as compared to the current model. The same engine also does duty in the Hero Xtreme Sports.

The updated Hero Hunk will compete against the likes of the Suzuki Gixxer, Yamaha FZ-S and the upcoming Honda Hornet 160.
